What is stress?

It is any feelings of overwhelm, dissatisfaction, depression, fatigue, unhappiness, worry, fear, apprehension, anxiety, low self-esteem, or panic.

What is the difference between stress and depression? 

Depression is a general feeling of looking at the world; stress is more specific to certain instances in life. Both are caused by the same ways of looking and reacting to life. Coaching can help with either.  Usually stress left unresolved for long periods of time leads to a state of depression.

What is a typical coaching session like?

We will discuss what is causing you stress in life or whatever in your life you are not happy about. We will then formulate a plan to condition a new less stressful way of looking at the world. We start by creating new habits that move you into greater feelings of happiness and then work with ways to condition it so that it becomes a lasting way of life. 

What makes you an expert? 

I have had the same challenges you are probably facing. I had to overcome them and by doing so learned ways to help others as well. Being coached myself for many years helped in understanding the importance a coach is for helping resolve issues we all face. Having a strong foundation in human psychology, health, hypnosis, NLP, masculine and feminine dynamics, and meditation helps me bring all the tools necessary to help my clients achieve a less stressful and happier life in the most optimum way. 

How can you help me with my stress? 

By showing you that your stress really starts and ends with you. That how you teach the world to treat you, how you react to life’s situations and how you choose your environment sets your life up to either be stressful or happy.

How long does it take to fix me? 

That depends on you. Some clients only work with me for a couple sessions. Others work with me for months or years. Sometimes it’s just something very specific that needs working on, other times it is many factors that need to be resolved. In the beginning I try to be very clear with my clients on the length of time. In the end it is always up to you about the length of time you want to work with me. I am not here to create a dependency on me but to help you become free and self-reliant.
